资本经营是全球经济运行中的热点.有资料显示,1996年全球企业的联合和兼并就发生了2万起之多,交易额达11400亿美元,今年前三季度企业合并涉及的总金额亦达3830亿美元.在国内,特别是十五大以后,随着思想进一步的解放,观念进一步更新,为了企业自身的发展,企业纷纷通过资本经营,大的以图更大,小的以小搏大或归附他人旗下,从而使资本营运热潮一浪高于一浪.
